Growing up I was always a below average student, when I barely graduated high school, I did not have a choice but to attend my local community college. My horrible habits were still present, no care for school, eating garbage every day, rapidly gaining weight and completely wasting my life away. That was until halfway into my second semester I had an epiphany and wanted better for myself, I flipped my grades around and was able to transfer to West Virginia University, picked up boxing and lost 60 pounds and started to get extremely interested in health investment. For years now I have been researching the correct things to take into our bodies for not only weight loss, but the way in which we age as people. As I was extensively researching all of this I was introduced to a lemon and ginger shot.
